You support teachers in the classroom, guide pupils individually and in groups, and contribute to a positive learning environment. You are not just an assistant in the classroom, but also a coach and mentor to the pupils, helping them to find their study motivation and positively guide their behaviour.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nFurthermore, you are responsible for:\n<ul>\n<li>Fostering a safe and respectful classroom environment.<\/li><li>Assisting with administrative tasks and organising educational activities.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Supporting pupils in their learning process and personal growth, you help them find their place in society.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><strong>Your talent, our future<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>You are assertive and decisive in action and communication.<\/li><li>Widely deployable within various tasks and educational activities.<\/li><li>Able to switch quickly and effectively between diverse situations and tasks.<\/li><li>Possesses good collaboration skills and actively contributes to a positive team dynamic.<\/li><li>Has an affinity for and connects with the target audience, with an eye for the needs and development of students.<\/li><\/ul>\n<br>\nYou also have:\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma Teaching Assistant MBO Level 4.<\/li><li>Demonstrable experience in education or a similar environment (preferred).<\/li><li>Pedagogical skills and strong communication skills.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What do we offer you?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary in accordance with CAO VO, scale 6, depending on knowledge and experience (min. \u20ac2672 max. \u20ac3610 for a full-time contract).&nbsp;<\/li><li>The scope of employment is 1.0 FTE distributed over Monday to Friday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>End-of-year bonus of 8.33% and holiday pay of 8%;<\/li><li>Zuiderzee College offers a labour market allowance of 5.25%;<\/li><li>A pleasant, informal and dynamic working environment;<\/li><li>Participation in the ABP pension.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application information<\/h2><strong>Interested?
