In this role, you will work a maximum of 38 hours (during the day), supplemented by an average of 2 hours per week in the evenings.<\/em><br>\n<br>\n<strong>What will you do?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>To supervise our pupils during school hours within the school building and on the playground.<\/li><li>Dealing with disruptive behaviour from pupils and guiding pupils through this pedagogically.<\/li><li>Guiding pupils through real-life tasks within the building, such as the logistics of goods.<\/li><li>Ensure the accessibility and functional use of the building.<\/li><li>Carrying out minor technical repairs and maintenance work.<\/li><li>Providing support services, such as welcoming visitors, keeping track of absences and carrying out reception duties.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>Working at d\u2019Ampte<\/strong><br>\nThe vmbo (pre-vocational secondary education) location d\u2019Ampte is part of the Tabor College and offers all learning pathways and profiles. Craftsmanship, ownership and leadership are central to the actions of every employee.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a strong personality and are good at working with pupils aged 12 to 18 from a variety of cultural backgrounds.<\/li><li>Preferably, you have a first aid and\/or emergency response certificate (or are willing to obtain one) and a driving licence.<\/li><li>You are available for work daily between 07:45 and 17:00 and also enjoy working evenings on a rotational basis.<\/li><li>You are communicative, flexible and sociable, and have a strong service-oriented attitude.<\/li><li>You are proactive, take responsibility and enjoy seeing things through. You\u2019re good with your hands and enjoy carrying out minor maintenance tasks.<\/li><li>You have basic knowledge and are proficient with the most commonly used computer programs.<\/li><li>You preferably live in the vicinity of Hoorn.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>What do you get from us?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Salary:<\/strong> Remuneration in accordance with the collective labour agreement for secondary education (VO). <strong>\nScales in OOP level 5 (minimum \u20ac2,551 \u2013 maximum \u20ac3,412 gross per month for a full-time contract)<\/strong>. From 1 November 2026, you will also benefit from a collective agreement pay rise of 1.2%. Your exact salary will depend on your current experience and\n pay band.<\/li><li><strong>Extras:<\/strong> An end-of-year bonus (8,33%), holiday allowance (8%), a fixed annual payment of \u20ac1,640 (pro rata) in October, a generous individual flexi-budget (90 hours for full-time employees) and an excellent ABP pension scheme.<\/li><li><strong>Balance<\/strong> All school holidays off!
