Everyone belongs and adds value.<strong>\n<\/strong><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for a scheduler who:\n<ul>\n<li>Loves puzzles and planning. You are a natural organiser and have previous experience as a roster maker or planner.<\/li><li>Creating realistic and practical timetables. This includes annual timetables, exam timetables, etc.<\/li><li>Gathers and checks data to create a good timetable and is creative in matching employees, students\/classes, rooms, and lessons.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Conscious that various interests are at play and taking them into account, but always thinking from the perspective of the pupil's best interests.<\/li><li>You can keep up with various systems. It's definitely a plus if you have previously worked with Zermelo or a similar (education) timetable programme, so that you can help us make more efficient and effective use of the systems.<\/li><li>Is good at collaborating, involves the right people in the process at the right time and thinks about alternative solutions.<\/li><li>Flexibility is what enables you to quickly switch between different tasks, respond to emergencies, and continue working effectively under time pressure.<\/li><\/ul>\n&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>We offer:<\/strong><br>\nAt the Martinus College, you have the opportunity to make a real difference in a school where diversity, collaboration, and personal development are central.
