The St. Micha\u00ebl College is looking for an enthusiastic, helpful, and solution-oriented IT Workplace Support Officer.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Your role as a workplace support assistant<\/strong><br>\nAs an IT workplace supporter, you are an indispensable link at our school. Is an interactive whiteboard refusing to cooperate at the start of a lesson? You'll rush to the rescue and fix it, so the teacher can get back to it straight away.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nNo two days are the same. One moment you\u2019re helping a student with a frozen laptop or a login issue, and the next you\u2019re ensuring that an exam room is perfectly set up for digital exams. You also provide day-to-day support for\n hardware and software and manage the loan of IT equipment.<br>\nYou are flexible and approachable: whether a question comes in on the work floor, via email, or by phone, you always help teachers, support staff, and pupils with a smile. You also speak to parents sometimes.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nIn short: thanks in part to your quick help and support, everyone at St. Michael's College can learn and work without a care in the world!<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<em><strong>What we ask of you<\/strong><\/em><br>\n<br>\n<strong>Training<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>MBO qualification<\/strong><br>\nA completed MBO (vocational training) qualification at level 3 or 4 in ICT.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>Knowledge and experience<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Systems &amp; Software<\/strong><br>\nYou have up-to-date knowledge of Windows 11 and are proficient with Microsoft 365 and a loan system.<\/li><li><strong>Sound management<\/strong>:&nbsp;<br>\nYou have experience with (or knowledge of) setting up and managing workplaces. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune is a plus.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>Competences<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stress-resistant<\/strong><br>\nYou remain calm, for example, when you're helping a teacher who is in front of a full class and the technology momentarily fails.<\/li><li><strong>Solution-focused<\/strong><br>\n&nbsp;You think in solutions and can switch quickly.<\/li><li><strong>Communicative, approachable and patient<\/strong>:<br>\nYou are happy to help, patient and a good communicator, and enjoy interacting with students.<\/li><li><strong>Written communication skills<\/strong>:<br>\nYou can create user instructions and short guides for employees and students.<\/li><li><strong>Flexibility<\/strong><br>\nYou are occasionally available for flexible deployment in the evenings (for example, for parents' evenings or open days).<\/li><li><strong>Developmental<\/strong>:<br>\nYou want to continue developing yourself through courses and training.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>What do we offer?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A varied and dynamic job at our fun school.<\/li><li>An appointment with a view to a permanent position.<\/li><li>Good secondary employment conditions in accordance with the CAO VO.<\/li><li>You will be placed on an appropriate pay scale, depending on your qualifications and experience.<\/li><li>Professional development and training opportunities<\/li><\/ul>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Apply<\/strong><br>\nDo you recognise yourself in this profile?
