Do you enjoy working collaboratively with schools, parents, and chain partners to help pupils develop optimally?<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nThen we are looking for you!<br>\nFor Stichting Samenwerkingsschool, we are looking for a:<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Educational psychologist<\/strong><strong> 0.6 \u2013 0.8 FTE<\/strong><br>\n<strong>(24 to 32 hours)<\/strong><br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nWho are we?<br>\nThe Foundation Collaborative School provides special (primary) education and practical education for pupils aged 4 to 20 who experience barriers in their learning and development process. We do this at our schools in Den Helder, Schagen and on Texel: SO De Meerpaal, VSO Het Linie College, SBO De Kompas and Praktijkschool De Pijler.<br>\n<br>\nWithin our organisation, the development of every student is central. We work closely with parents, colleagues and external partners to provide appropriate support and education.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nYour role as an orthopedagogue<br>\nAs an educational psychologist, you are appointed at a supra-school level within the staff and support our schools with your expertise. You work closely with the psychologist (your closest colleague), internal supervisors, guidance committees, and teaching teams.<br>\n<br>\nYou make an important contribution to creating a safe, appropriate, and development-oriented learning environment for pupils in special education.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>Within this versatile role, you will be responsible for, amongst other things:\n<ul>\n<li>Carrying out psychodiagnostic assessment and observations.<\/li><li>Advising and guiding teachers and education teams on support queries.<\/li><li>Assisting in the drafting, evaluation, and monitoring of development plans.<\/li><li>Holding conversations with parents\/carers and external stakeholders.<\/li><li>Participating in multidisciplinary meetings.<\/li><li>Guiding complex behavioural and developmental issues.<\/li><li>Contributing to the consideration of education and support policies within schools.<\/li><li>Maintaining contacts with collaboration partners such as youth care services and partnerships.<\/li><li>Contributing to the promotion of expertise within and outside the organisation (in relation to the development towards inclusive schools).<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>Who are you?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed university degree in Orthopedagogics or Psychology.<\/li><li>Affinity with our target audience and\/or experience within special education.<\/li><li>Strong in analysing, advising, and collaborating.<\/li><li>Communicatively skilled and able to switch easily between different conversation partners.<\/li><li>Proactive, flexible, and independent work attitude.<\/li><li>Knowledge of student support and relevant laws and regulations.<\/li><li>Professional and positive attitude.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>What do we offer?\n<ul>\n<li>A versatile and meaningful role within special education.<\/li><li>A cross-school role working for multiple schools within the foundation.<\/li><li>An engaged and expert team of colleagues.<\/li><li>Room for professional development and training.<\/li><li>Good secondary employee benefits Collective Labour Agreement Primary Education.<\/li><li>The function is scaled at scale 11, commensurate with education and experience.<\/li><li>A employment contract for a duration of one year, with the possibility of extension upon mutual satisfaction.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application information<\/h2>Enthusiastic?<br>\nPlease send your application letter with CV to Elvira de Wit, HR Officer, no later than 31 August 2026:&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"mailto:&#72;&#82;-&#99;&#111;&#110;&#116;&#97;ct&#64;sw&#115;&#45;&#100;h.n&#108;\">&#72;R-&#99;on&#116;act&#64;sws-d&#104;.nl<\/a>.<br>\n<br>\nWould you like more information?
