You are an indispensable part of our learning community. Together with your colleagues, you build the best education for our students. We are a small school, big on connection. And as a French teacher, you are part of that.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At least as important as teaching well: your contribution as a subject specialist to the development of our education. Of course, you do not do this alone, but together with your colleagues from the subject section and other colleagues. Cross-subject collaboration goes without saying here. For example, we do this to the full during our Huygens Days. We also give you the freedom and space to spend part of your working week on other tasks, such as personal development.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>teach French at lower secondary level (VMBO-TL\/HAVO and HAVO\/VWO);<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the personal development of your students;<\/li>\n<li>(Potentially) fulfilling a mentor role for your mentor class.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for a second-grade teacher. In addition to your qualification, we believe it is important that you:<br \/><br \/>- be an addition to the collegial working atmosphere that characterises our school;<br \/>- sees feedback as an important tool to keep growing and innovating;<br \/>- really involved in the development of our students, in terms of knowledge but also personally.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An appointment as a lecturer LB\/LC (horizontal scaling from current\/last position) from 17 August 2026 with a scope of 0.5 FTE.<\/p>\n<p>This is a temporary appointment, no later than the end of the school year.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary and working conditions according to the CAO VO, including holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, attractive commuting allowance (kilometres over 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and trade-off arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>generous lesson storage.
