Will you enrich our team with your knowledge and skills?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Your duties<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The basis, of course, is teaching. In addition, you will work together with your colleagues on the further development of our education and possibly carry out additional tasks, e.g. as a mentor. We also give you the freedom and space to devote part of your working week to other tasks, such as personal development.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to teach your subject to pupils in the lower years of VMBO, MAVO, HAVO, VWO and potentially a selective enrichment class.;<\/li>\n<li>contribute to pupils' personal development;<\/li>\n<li>(possibly) fulfil a mentoring role for your mentor class;<\/li>\n<li>strengthening the continuous learning line together with colleagues from the subject section;<\/li>\n<li>(possibly) providing in-depth lessons to groups of pupils.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you become our new colleague, we'll organise an induction programme for you in your first year so you can really settle in. Together with your two coaches for general and subject-matter guidance, you will then discover everything the Willem Blaeu has to offer.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for two teachers with a second-grade teaching qualification. In addition to your qualification, we consider it important that you:<br \/><br \/>- be an addition to the collegial working atmosphere that characterises our school;<br \/>- sees feedback as an important tool to keep growing and innovating;<br \/>- really involved in the development of our students, in terms of knowledge but also personally.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This concerns a position as a teacher LB (maximum \u20ac5,277 for a full-time employment). The total scope is 1.3 FTE, including a small portion of replacement hours. We will determine the most suitable scope in consultation.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, this is an appointment until the end of the school year, with a view to a permanent position upon proven suitability and sufficient established posts.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary and working conditions according to the CAO VO, including holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, attractive commuting allowance (kilometres over 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and trade-off arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>generous lesson storage.
