This may seem obvious, but behind the scenes it is pure craftsmanship. As a timetable planner, you are the linchpin of our school. You puzzle, coordinate, and ensure that the daily logistics run smoothly. An indispensable role in which your accuracy and people-oriented approach have a direct impact on the atmosphere in the school!<\/em><br>\n<br>\n<strong>What will you do?<\/strong><br>\nTogether with our basic scheduler, you form the scheduling team. You ensure that the school organisation is organisationally and logistically rock-solid. Your tasks within the team include:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mastering the daily dynamics <\/strong>A school is always in motion. You implement daily timetable changes (due to illness, leave or excursions, for example) quickly and conveniently.<\/li><li><strong>Looking ahead and planning:<\/strong> As timetable maker, you are responsible for the timely delivery of the exam timetable for our school-wide exam weeks (4 times per year) and the activities timetable during activity weeks (2 times per year).<\/li><li><strong>Connecting and tuning<\/strong> You are in constant dialogue with teachers, team leaders, and management about the daily schedule. You listen to the various interests and know how to strike the right communicative balance.<\/li><li><strong>Laying the groundwork: <\/strong>Discuss with the basic scheduler about optimising the basic roster. As a team, you will ensure the puzzle fits and the formation is deployed efficiently.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>Working at Oscar Romero<\/strong><br>\nOscar Romero is a school offering MAVO, HAVO, and VWO education in Hoorn. An inspiring environment in which you too are given the space to grow.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a vocational college\/higher professional education work and thinking level.<\/li><li>You are available on Wednesday and Friday mornings in any case (we'll decide on the other times in consultation).<\/li><li>You are strong in communication and people-oriented: you can handle conflicting interests well and always remain service-oriented and resilient to stress.<\/li><li>Ideally, you already have experience in creating (complex) timetables. Experience with Zermelo and the student administration program Somtoday is a big advantage.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>What do you get from us?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Salary:<\/strong> A reward in accordance with the collective labour agreement for secondary education (VO). Grading in\n<strong>OOP scale 8 (minimum \u20ac3,022 \u2013 maximum \u20ac4,449 gross per month based on a full-time appointment)<\/strong>. From 1 November 2026, you will also benefit from a collective agreement pay rise of 1.2%. Your exact salary will depend on your current level of experience.<\/li><li><strong>Extras:<\/strong> An end-of-year bonus (8,33%), holiday allowance (8%), a fixed annual payment of \u20ac1,640 (pro rata) in October, a generous individual flexi-budget (90 hours for full-time employees) and an excellent ABP pension scheme.<\/li><li><strong>Balance <\/strong>All school holidays off!
