In this versatile role, you will support the educational process by carrying out organisational, guidance, and practical tasks within various year groups and school-wide activities.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What will you do?<\/strong><br>\nAs an education assistant, you will support the teaching teams in activities that contribute to the smooth running of the school year. Your duties will include:\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with the organisation and execution of project weeks;<\/li><li>Assisting with the coordination of exam weeks;<\/li><li>Organising and guiding year-group related activities and project weeks;<\/li><li>Act as a point of contact for guest lecturers within the Dal\u00ed hours;<\/li><li>Maintaining contact with guest lecturers before, during, and after their engagement;<\/li><li>Practical guidance of guest lecturers upon their arrival and during their lessons;<\/li><li>Registering pupil attendance for Dal\u00ed hours;<\/li><li>Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in activity planning and execution.;<\/li><li>Carrying out administrative and organisational activities in support of the educational process.;<\/li><li>Participate in periodic meetings regarding the progress and organisation of the Dal\u00ed hours.<\/li><\/ul>\nYou plan your own work within agreed parameters and work closely with teachers, team leaders, support colleagues and external partners.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><br>\nWe are looking for a colleague who:\n<ul>\n<li>Has MBO+ work and thinking level;<\/li><li>Experience in a supportive, organisational or administrative role;<\/li><li>Good at planning, organising and prioritising;<\/li><li>Proficient in working with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Magister is a plus.;<\/li><li>Accurate and structured work;<\/li><li>Possesses good verbal and written Dutch language skills;<\/li><li>Communicative, service-oriented, and solution-focused.;<\/li><li>Flexible and easily switches between different tasks;<\/li><li>Shows initiative, takes responsibility and enjoys working collaboratively.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A varied role within a committed and professional school organisation;<\/li><li>A part-time appointment of 0.6 \u2013 0.8 FTE;<\/li><li>Scales in scale 5 of the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education;<\/li><li>A salary of \u20ac2,551 to \u20ac3,412 gross per month for a full-time position (1.0 FTE), in accordance with the CAO-VO.;<\/li><li>Good secondary benefits;<\/li><li>Room for personal development and professionalization;<\/li><li>A pleasant working atmosphere in which collaboration and initiative are appreciated.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>Practical information<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Scope: 0.6 \u2013 0.8 FTE<\/li><li>Working days: Monday and Wednesday are fixed working days; preferably, the hours are spread over five working days.<\/li><li>Start date: to be agreed.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application information<\/h2>Mocht je vragen hebben over de vacature, mail dan naar r&#46;&#115;ap&#64;&#100;a&#108;&#105;&#99;&#111;ll&#101;&#103;&#101;.&#110;&#108; (vanwege de zomervakantie is de school niet telefonisch bereikbaar).&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\nAre you excited?
