\nYou are part of the upper school team for Year 9 to 11 (theoretical learning path, known to us as Mavo Extra), where students work on independence and obtaining their diplomas. You guide young people who are seeking direction, need support, and want to learn to believe in their own abilities.

\nCollaboration, structure, and personal attention are central to this team. You will work closely with mentors, professional colleagues, and the support team. Within the flexible schedule, you can respond to what pupils need \u2013 from extra guidance to more challenges.
