Then we are looking for you!<\/span><\/p><p><strong>The function<br><\/strong><span>You provide inspiring and practical English lessons (general and vocational) to MBO students at levels 2, 3, and 4. You know how to connect the English language to the professional practice of beauty specialists and hairdressers, so students directly experience the importance of vocational English. You understand better than anyone how to link language proficiency to practice and help students develop their communication skills. Together with colleagues, you work to keep vocational products current and relevant.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>About the team<br><\/strong><span>The Optics and Personal Care team provides training for Hairdresser, Ladies' Hairstylist, (All-round) Beautician, All-round Optics Employee and Optician. There is plenty of room for your experience and expertise to further develop the education.<\/span><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>You are a qualified teacher of English (second-degree qualification), or are currently working towards obtaining this qualification;<\/p><\/li><li><p>You have experience teaching within MBO (senior secondary vocational education);<\/p><\/li><li><p>You have strong pedagogical and didactic skills.;<\/p><\/li><li><p>You are able to motivate, stimulate and provide structure for students through your enthusiasm and engagement.;<\/p><\/li><li><p>You are flexible and empathetic, responding to the needs of students and changes in education and the professional field.;<\/p><\/li><li><p>You have a proactive attitude, actively contributing to educational quality and innovation.;<\/p><\/li><li><p>You are a team player, with a healthy dose of humour and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues in a results-oriented team.;<\/p><\/li><li><p>You have a connection with the Beauty sector.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Our offer<\/strong><br>The field of work and your profession are constantly changing. If you do not have teaching qualifications for vocational education (MBO), you will be placed in teacher scale LB (\u00a33,713 to a maximum of \u00a35,495 gross for a full appointment).
