Then we are looking for you! <br><\/p><p><strong>The function<br><\/strong>For our MBO (Further Education) Hairdressing course, we are looking for a Maths and\/or Citizenship teacher. You will provide inspiring lessons at MBO levels 2 and 3, which are relevant to the students' world and the professional practice of the hairdressing industry. You will help students not only develop their mathematical skills but also their personal, social, and professional growth.<\/p><p>What will you do?<\/p><ol><li><p>Providing lessons in Maths and\/or Citizenship to MBO Hairdressing students.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Developing teaching materials that align with hairdressing practices.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To guide and coach students in their learning process.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Creating a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Monitoring of study progress and conducting progress discussions.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Collaborating with colleagues within the education team and vocational training. <\/p><p><\/li><\/ol><p><strong><span>About the team  <br><\/span><\/strong><span>You'll be working in an enthusiastic and engaged team of colleagues. Our hairdressing programme is offered in Heerhugowaard, Zaandam, and Purmerend, meaning you'll teach at various locations. With us, you'll have the opportunity to guide students with a great deal of personal attention and prepare them for the profession. There is ample room for your experience and expertise to further develop the curriculum.<\/span><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>You hold a relevant teaching qualification or are willing to obtain one.;<\/p><\/li><li><p>you have experience in teaching Mathematics and\/or Citizenship within vocational education (MBO);<\/p><\/li><li><p>You have demonstrable experience in supervising MBO students;<\/p><\/li><li><p>Affinity with or knowledge of the hair fashion, beauty, or hairdressing industry would be an advantage.;<\/p><\/li><li><p>You are strong at communication, engaged, and student-focused.;<\/p><\/li><li><p>you can present material in a practical and motivating way;<\/p><\/li><li><p>You are a team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><p><strong>Our offer\u00a0<br><\/strong>The field of work and your profession are constantly evolving. If you are not qualified to teach MBO, you will be graded as a teacher in scale LB.
