Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse administratieve processen rondom studenten \u00e9n biedt organisatorische ondersteuning aan het managementteam van de locatie.<br>\nJe werkt nauw samen met collega\u2019s van verschillende ondersteunende afdelingen en hebt veel contact met studenten, docenten en leidinggevenden. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt makkelijk tussen administratieve werkzaamheden, planning en ondersteuning bij organisatorische\n vraagstukken.<br>\nHet gaat hierbij onder andere om de volgende werkzaamheden:\n<ul>\n<li>verwerken en beheren van studentgegevens en administratieve mutaties;<\/li><li>ondersteunen bij de in-, door- en uitstroom van studenten;<\/li><li>verzorgen van correspondentie, overzichten en rapportages;<\/li><li>ondersteunen van het managementteam bij organisatorische en administratieve werkzaamheden;<\/li><li>plannen en organiseren van afspraken, overleggen en bijeenkomsten;<\/li><li>beantwoorden van vragen van studenten, medewerkers en externe contacten;<\/li><li>bijdragen aan een correcte en tijdige verwerking van administratieve processen;<\/li><li>signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen in werkprocessen.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>At Vonk, we stand for a positive, collegial atmosphere in which connection, trust and autonomy are central.
