You ensure that lessons run smoothly and that everything is ready so that students can get started straight away. Whether it's woodworking, metalwork, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or technology projects: you'll arrange it.<br>\nYou prepare lessons by setting out materials and assignments, support teachers during lessons, and help students with practical questions. You ensure safety in the classroom and keep machines, tools, and workstations tidy and ready for use.<br>\nAdditionally, you will manage the materials and stock, carry out minor maintenance, and contribute ideas on how to further improve our practical environment. You will work closely with the technical teachers and colleagues within the team.<br>\nYou switch easily between preparing, supporting, and organising, and maintain an overview of the day's dynamics.<br>\nSo you are not only supportive, but also indispensable in creating a strong and safe learning environment.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<strong>You got it!<\/strong><br>\n<br>\nYou remain calm when things don't go according to plan. You're a problem-solver, react quickly, and can explain technical matters in an understandable way.<br>\nYou are approachable and clear at the same time: you build a good relationship, but you also dare to set boundaries.
