You know what's happening in your field and, like no one else, you creatively get students enthusiastic about the material. You act as a coach and mentor for your students and you are proactive towards parents and\/or guardians about their child's progress. Together with colleagues from support and guidance, you also focus on students who require extra attention. A safe and stimulating learning environment is central to you, and you motivate students to achieve their maximum potential!<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>You are a teacher that students will remember fondly later on, not only because of your subject knowledge, but especially because of your enthusiasm and commitment.
