As a teacher at a practical school, you know better than anyone that this is what it is all about. You have an eye for every pupil, every aptitude and every talent. At De Viaan, you will work based on the principles of the Transformative School. This approach revolves around understanding and utilising the dynamics between the pupil's different worlds: the world of home, the street and school. As a teacher, you are an important connecting factor in this, guiding pupils in finding their place in society.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>(management) providing maths lessons, Dutch language lessons and NT2 lessons in years 2 to 4;<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, in this position, you can use your creativity to the full to help pupils discover their talents. You can make use of our well-equipped classrooms, including 3 technology rooms, 2 professional kitchens, a theatre room, a studio for visual education and a large school garden. As a teacher at De Viaan, you are also in direct contact with the outside world. For example, with companies where pupils get the chance to learn in real practice.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for a teacher with a teaching qualification (PABO\/second degree). In addition, we consider it important that you:<br \/><br \/>- Have an affinity with the target group;<br \/>- preferably have experience in practical education;<br \/>- wants to contribute to the development of our education;<br \/>- can work well together.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This concerns a position as a teacher LB (maximum \u20ac5,520 for a full-time contract) effective immediately with a scope of 0.8 FTE. This is for a 1-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position if suitable and sufficient staffing is available. In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary and working conditions according to the CAO VO, including holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, attractive commuting allowance (kilometres over 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and trade-off arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>generous lesson storage.
