\nThe education assistant provides support in organising the teaching and learning process in the school. This ranges from administrative tasks such as keeping track of absences and contacting parents about them, to addressing pupils on adhering to agreements. It also includes supervising during tests, organising test weeks and other school activities. The team of education assistants currently consists of seven colleagues.
\n
\nYour work environment<\/em>
\nWe offer challenging and innovative education with knowledge and quality at its core. Within our school community for mavo, havo, atheneum, gymnasium, and technasium, 1500 students and 160 staff work in an environment that encourages learning in a\n pleasant, safe atmosphere.

Job requirements<\/h2>Your profile<\/em>
\nYou have experience dealing with students aged 12\u201318. You have a positive attitude, can motivate students, and know how to resolve resistance in a natural way. You also make contact easily, possess good written and verbal skills, and have good knowledge of Word and Excel. Furthermore, you are a team player and have a flexible work attitude. A completed MBO-4 qualification in pedagogy is a plus.

Employment conditions<\/h2>A temporary employment contract with a view to a permanent position. Salary is dependent on experience and education in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education (cao VO) in scale 5.
