Not only in class, but also outside, for example, at school activities. In good English: you succeed in getting students moving both inside and outside the classroom. You yourself do not stand still. The renewal of education has your attention, and you are happy to actively contribute to it. For example, within your department, you contribute to the development of education, learning resources, teaching materials, and assessments, as well as promoting a recognisable pedagogical climate. You enthusiastically share your passion for your subject both inside and outside school.

Job requirements<\/h2>You hold a second-grade teaching qualification or have a primary school teacher's diploma (PABO) and are willing to obtain a teaching qualification.
\nAdditionally, you have experience and\/or an affinity with VMBO students. You know how to engage students with varied and innovative lessons. Like us, you are open to people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds and are able to interact well with parents and students. Finally, you endorse our vision.

\n\u2714 Salary in accordance with the CAO-VO, depending on experience within scale LB\/LB (minimum \u20ac3622, maximum \u20ac6432 for a full-time employment contract).
\n\u2714 Zuiderzee College offers a labour market allowance of 6.54%.
