Students train under the guidance of experienced coaches who help them grow in technique, game understanding, strength, and discipline. At the same time, they learn to work together, take responsibility, and deal with both success and setbacks. At OSG Willem Blaeu, we believe that sport and school reinforce each other: students are given the space to pursue their football dreams without losing sight of their future. This way, our academy becomes the ideal springboard for talent that wants to get ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we are looking for a motivated trainer who shares our vision and wants to contribute to the development of the next generation of footballers.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>For OSG Willem Blaeu, we are looking for a driven and ambitious coach for the pupils of our football academy (ages 13-15). The football academy's training sessions take place on Monday and Thursday mornings and last 75 minutes.<br \/><br \/>We are looking for a colleague with at least Trainer\/Coach 3 (UEFA C). In addition, we consider it important that you:<br \/><br \/>\u2013 you are innovative;<br \/>\u2013 are aware of the latest developments;<br \/>\u2013 preferably lives in the vicinity of Alkmaar.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This concerns a position as a football coach (CAO VO scale 9, max. \u20ac5,025 for a full-time position (40-hour work week) as of September 1, 2026, with a scope of 0.1 FTE. It is a temporary appointment until the end of the school year.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary and working conditions according to the CAO VO, including holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, attractive commuting allowance (kilometres over 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and trade-off arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>generous lesson storage.
