Job requirements<\/h2>You have completed a first-degree qualification in Dutch.
\nYou have affinity and experience working with our target group, including exam classes.
\nYou have excellent social and pedagogical skills and possess stimulating teaching methods to motivate pupils.
\nYou have an overview of the entire curricula for HAVO and Atheneum.
\nYou are a connector with team spirit and inspiring to colleagues
\nYou are approachable and have empathy
\nYou are well-organised and flexible

Employment conditions<\/h2>A versatile role in a challenging and informal work environment, where pupils and staff can achieve personal development that suits their aptitude, competencies, and ambition. The position is valued in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education (CAO VO) in scale LB\/LC\/LD, depending on teaching experience.
