You can guide the educational process in such a way that students are encouraged to actively participate themselves. Not only in Dutch lessons but also in collaboration with other departments within the school. You yourself are also constantly developing. Educational innovation has your attention, and you're keen to actively contribute to it. An example of this is the cultural change we've initiated with the help of the Transformatieve School. Within the department, you'll help shape the implementation of the new curriculum for Dutch, the development of learning resources, teaching materials and assessments, as well as promoting a recognisable pedagogical climate. With your passion for the subject and our students, you'll work with your department and the team to provide exceptional education.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>You hold a second-degree teaching qualification in Dutch, or are studying for one. You have experience with or an affinity for VMBO students, preferably in the upper years of the basic and vocational preparatory education pathways. You know how to engage students in these classes with varied lessons. Mentoring is an important part of your work.
