At Oscar Romero, we are building a future as a Dalton School. Do you have the first-degree expertise to guide our upper-year pupils towards their exams, while together we shape the education of tomorrow? Then we are looking for you.<\/em>

\nWhat will you do?<\/strong>
\nYou are the driving force behind German in the upper years. You prepare HAVO (year 4 and 5) and VWO (year 4, 5 and 6) students for their final exams. In addition, you and your colleagues lay the foundation in year 3 of HAVO and VWO. The German department consists of 5 people.
\n
\nYou will join the upper secondary HAVO\/VWO team. This team consists of approximately 20 teachers with first-degree qualifications.

\nWorking at Oscar Romero<\/strong>
\nOscar Romero is a school for MAVO, HAVO, and VWO in Hoorn. We work in teams and look out for each other. Our motto is therefore:\n\u201cLearning in a good atmosphere!\u201d.<\/strong>

\nBuild with Dalton<\/strong> 
\nWe are currently an aspirant Dalton school with the goal of being fully certified by 2029. With us, you'll have the opportunity to help build this concept (freedom, responsibility, collaboration). Don't have any experience with Dalton yet? No worries, we'll gladly guide you.

\nMore and more pupils are finding their way to our school.

\nSmall teams, big impact<\/strong>
\nYou work in a close-knit teaching team and a dedicated German department. You truly know the pupils, enabling you to provide optimal guidance. There are departmental and team meetings every other week. Our regular meeting is on Tuesday afternoons.
