You know how to convey the subject matter in an engaging and practical way, sparking pupils' curiosity about the world around them. With your enthusiasm and commitment, you motivate pupils to participate actively and achieve their best.<br>\n<br>\nAt Zuiderzee College, you'll work within a committed and professional team where collaboration, development, and innovation are central. Your ideas will be valued, and you'll be given ample possibilities for further professional development in education.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed biology teacher who can inspire and guide students in their development. You are able to provide varied and practical lessons that are relevant to the world of VMBO students.\nIn addition, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues on educational development and fostering a positive pedagogical climate within the school.<br>\n<br>\nWhat do you bring?\n<ul>\n<li>A second-grade teaching qualification for Biology or you are training for it<\/li><li>Affinity with and\/or experience of VMBO students<\/li><li>Strong pedagogical and didactical skills<\/li><li>Good classroom management and a positive attitude<\/li><li>Good communication and social skills<\/li><li>Team spirit and a proactive attitude<\/li><li>Willingness to contribute to educational innovation and lesson development<\/li><li>An eye for the differences between pupils and the ability to respond to them<\/li><\/ul>\nIn addition, you are enthusiastic, flexible, and passionately contribute to a safe, inspiring, and stimulating learning environment for our pupils.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>We offer you a challenging role within a committed and professional school environment where collaboration, development and job satisfaction are central.
