Then we are looking for you! As a teacher at Zuiderzee College, you will not only guide pupils in their learning process, but also help them grow in self-confidence and independence. With varied and practically oriented lessons, you will bring the subject matter to life and actively involve pupils; both inside and outside the classroom.<br>\n<br>\nYou will join a dedicated and helpful team where collaboration, development, and innovation are central. Within the section, you will contribute to educational reform, teaching materials, and assessments. Your ideas and initiative will be valued, and you will be given the space to further develop yourself.<br>\n<br>\nWe are looking for a colleague with a second-grade teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one) who has an affinity with VMBO students and an eye for different backgrounds and support needs. You possess strong classroom management skills, good social skills, and a positive, energetic attitude!<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Science teacher who can motivate and guide students in their development. You will be capable of delivering varied and practical lessons that resonate with the world of vocational secondary education (vmbo) students.\nFurthermore, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and fostering a positive pedagogical environment within the school.<br>\nWhat do you bring?\n<ul>\n<li>A second-degree teaching qualification for NaSk (Science and Chemistry) or you are currently training for it<\/li><li>Affinity with and\/or experience of VMBO students<\/li><li>Strong pedagogical and didactical skills<\/li><li>Good classroom management and a positive attitude<\/li><li>Good communication and social skills<\/li><li>Team spirit and a proactive attitude<\/li><li>Willingness to contribute to educational innovation and lesson development<\/li><li>An eye for the differences between pupils and the ability to respond to them<\/li><\/ul>\nAdditionally, you are enthusiastic, flexible, and passionately contribute to a safe and inspiring learning environment for our pupils.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>We offer you a challenging position within a committed and professional school environment where collaboration and development are central.
