The Zuiderzee College is looking for an enthusiastic Physical Education teacher to start on 1 August 2026. We are seeking someone who thrives on working with VMBO students and wants to make a difference, both inside and outside the gym.<br>\n<br>\nAs a Physical Education teacher, you teach pupils in the lower and upper years of VMBO, including exam classes. You know better than anyone how to engage, motivate, and foster collaboration among pupils. You create a safe and positive atmosphere where every pupil can develop at their own pace. Furthermore, you are not only a subject teacher but also a mentor: someone who observes the pupil behind the behaviour and contributes to a pleasant school experience.<br>\n<br>\nWithin our school, you'll have the space to contribute to educational development, teaching materials, and innovative teaching methods. You'll work collaboratively in a committed and supportive team where collegiality and humour are important. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who shows initiative, enjoys teamwork, and enthusiastically contributes to a strong pedagogical climate.<br>\n<br>\nYou hold a second-grade teaching qualification in Physical Education or are willing to obtain one.
