We believe in opportunities for everyone \u2013 especially when learning or growing up doesn't come quite so easily.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Your role: double meaning<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>As a student mentor and domain coach, you fulfil a versatile and meaningful role within our school. These roles overlap at their core: you are jointly responsible for the pedagogical climate within the school.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0Your responsibilities include:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Guiding and supporting pupils \u2013 both individually and in groups<\/li><li>Coaching teachers and mentors in pedagogical matters<\/li><li>Advising and working with parents<\/li><li>Strengthening pedagogical practice within the school<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0Collaboration and dynamics<\/p><p>You are part of a dedicated support and teaching team where hard work and agility are a given.
