Then we are looking for you!<\/p><p><p>For our Infra department, we are looking for an enthusiastic teacher. We prefer an experienced teacher. However, if you have extensive experience in the field but (not yet) have a teaching qualification, we would also be delighted to hear from you. We would be happy to explore the possibilities for a lateral entry route together.<\/p><p><p><strong>The function<\/strong><br>As an Infrastructure Lecturer, you fulfil a versatile and dynamic role within our team. You will be involved with, among other things:<\/p><ul><li><p>providing inspiring and practical education;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><p>Guiding and coaching students in their learning process;<\/p><\/li><li><p>fulfilling a mentoring role for a group of students;<\/p><\/li><li><p>contributing to the development and innovation of the educational programme;<\/p><\/li><li><p>working with colleagues and external partners, including SPG.<\/p><p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>About the team<br><\/strong>The Infra team consists of approximately 10 enthusiastic and driven colleagues.<strong> <\/strong>The Infra team's courses are vocational training programmes delivered through the BBL (part-time apprenticeship) route. This means that students attend school one day a week. A portion of the teaching team has a background in the business world, which means the connection with professional practice is clearly felt within the training. To mitigate the upcoming retirements within the team, we are looking for candidates who can ensure the continuity of the training programmes. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the future of our students!<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><p><strong>Your profile<br><\/strong>You have a passion for the infrastructure sector and can create a safe learning environment. You can interact well with our students and coach them to develop into the professionals the industry is crying out for.\u00a0 <\/p><p><p>We are looking for a colleague who:<\/p><ul><li><p>available for 1.0 FTE, options for less are negotiable;<\/p><\/li><li><p>preferably has experience in education or the workplace;<\/p><\/li><li><p>a true connector and actively seeks collaboration, particularly with SPG;<\/p><\/li><li><p>Possesses strong communication skills and is able to inspire and persuade others;<\/p><\/li><li><p>is proactive and likes to take the initiative;<\/p><\/li><li><p>is in any case available on Tuesday (other working days to be discussed).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><p>To teach in vocational education, you must have completed a higher professional education (HBO) teaching qualification or a pedagogical and didactical certificate. If you don't yet have a qualification, you are still welcome! You can then start as a career changer and we will offer you the opportunity to obtain your teaching qualification.
