Of course, you won't do this alone, but together with your colleagues in your subject team and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The subject of Economics is taught at the Murmellius from years 3 to 6.;<\/li>\n<li>contribute to pupils' personal development;<\/li>\n<li>strengthening the continuous learning line together with colleagues from the subject section;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you become our new colleague, we'll organise an induction programme for you during your first year so that you can truly settle in. Together with your two coaches for general and subject-specific guidance, you'll then discover everything the Murmellius Gymnasium has to offer you.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>Would you like to contribute to our mission?<br \/><br \/>Develop: we want pupils not only to develop cognitively, but also to develop personally, making use of their own talents.<br \/><br \/>Connecting: to be able to function well in today's society, we allow our pupils to learn in connection with that society. In addition to your qualifications, we consider it important that you:<br \/><br \/>- be an addition to the collegial working atmosphere that characterises our school;<br \/>\u2013 seeing giving and receiving feedback as an important tool for continued growth and innovation;<br \/>- really involved in the development of our students, in terms of knowledge but also personally.<br \/><br \/>As a teacher at Murmellius Gymnasium, you are an indispensable link in our special and small-scale learning community. Of course, you teach, but in addition, you continuously build upon an innovative and challenging educational offering for our pupils together with your colleagues.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p>This concerns a position as LB teacher (maximum \u20ac5,520 for a full-time contract) from 1 August 2026, with a scope of 0.25 FTE.<\/p>\n<p>This is a one-year appointment with the potential for a permanent contract, subject to proven suitability and sufficient funding.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary and working conditions according to the CAO VO, including holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, attractive commuting allowance (kilometres over 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and trade-off arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>generous lesson storage.
