Every morning, after opening the school, you greet our pupils and colleagues. You enjoy interacting with pupils and naturally connect with them.<br>\nOur concierge:\n<ul>\n<li>Opens and closes the school and ensures the smooth running of the school day;<\/li><li>Is the point of contact for pupils and colleagues;<\/li><li>Supervises in and around the school, for example during breaks, and addresses pupils in a positive and clear manner where necessary;<\/li><li>Supports teachers, school leadership and staff with various practical tasks;<\/li><li>Takes care of keeping the school environment tidy and functional.;<\/li><li>Provides various odd jobs and assistance;<\/li><li>Works together with colleagues on a well-organised and safe school climate.<\/li><\/ul>\nThe qualities you possess that you can definitely use at our school:\n<em>patience, good communication skills, decisiveness, flexibility and humour<\/em>.&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\n<strong>You got it!<\/strong><br>\n<br>\nWe are looking for a positive, proactive, and flexible colleague. As a concierge, you are helpful, decisive, versatile, aware of your surroundings, empathetic, and above all, a true team player. You can improvise well in unexpected situations and possess good communication skills. We are also looking for a colleague who:\n<ul>\n<li>Has completed MBO-level education and\/or has relevant work experience;<\/li><li>Skilful in positive interaction with pupils, even in conflict situations;<\/li><li>A good command of the Dutch language;<\/li><li>available 2 to 3 days a week, <em>in any case on Monday and is prepared to work evenings occasionally<\/em>;<\/li><li>In possession of a valid First Aid\/BHV certificate (this is an advantage).<\/li><\/ul>\n<br>\n&nbsp;<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What we offer you!<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;A temporary appointment of 0.4 \u2013 0.6 FTE, as a replacement, from 1-10-2026 up to and including 31-1-2027;<\/li><li>Salary and working conditions according to the CAO VO;<\/li><li>End-of-year bonus, 8% holiday pay and pension through ABP;<\/li><li>Travel allowance and attractive working expenses scheme;<\/li><li>Guidance for entry-level employees and lateral entrants;<\/li><li>Room for training, advancement and personal development within Pontis;<\/li><li>A warm welcome in a committed, collegial team with plenty of room for initiative.<\/li><\/ul>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>That's why Pontis!&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><br>\n<br>\nAt Pontis Education Group, connection and progress are central.
