Do you have an affinity with practical secondary modern and pre-university education and do you know how to motivate secondary modern and pre-university students for sport and health? Then we are looking for you!<br>\n<br>\nThe student's learning process is central to you. Coaching the student on the educational process and being able to work towards learning goals are important principles for us. In addition to wanting to shape these principles, you are well-equipped in terms of subject matter (-didactics) and can take responsibility for your students' educational outcomes.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>What will you do?\n<ul>\n<li>You provide inspiring and varied PE lessons to mavo\/havo and havo classes.<\/li><li>You guide pupils in their motor and social development.<\/li><li>You make an active contribution to sports days, after-school activities, and physical activity projects.<\/li><li>You contribute to the development of the BSM (Movement, Sport and Society) and\/or PE2 programmes.<\/li><li>Working with the section to improve the educational offering and implement innovations in the classroom.<\/li><li>Encouraging curiosity and enthusiasm among pupils.<\/li><li>Coaching pupils weekly or fortnightly.<\/li><\/ul>\nWhat do we ask?\n<ul>\n<li>You have a qualification in Physical Education.<\/li><li>You have an affinity with the MAVO\/HAVO target audience.<\/li><li>You are pedagogically strong and know how to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.<\/li><li>You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and are open to feedback and development.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A workplace where we highly value the importance of personal attention and guidance.<\/li><li>Room for personal development and for pursuing further education and training.<\/li><li>A varied and challenging role within an enthusiastic and committed team at a practical Mavo-Havo school.<\/li><li>Inschaling takes place in accordance with the CAO VO.<\/li><li>Initially a temporary appointment for one year, with the prospect of a permanent contract.<\/li><li>Good secondary benefits.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application information<\/h2>Are you interested in this position and do you think you can be a valuable addition to our team?
