That calls for leaders who dare to choose, give direction and take others with them in development.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Naar wie zijn wij&nbsp;op zoek?<\/strong><br>\nAls docent Duits ga je lessen geven aan leerlingen van het vmbo en\/of de onderbouw van de (technische) havo. Je verzorgt lessen op het gebied van de Duitse taal en bent goed op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied. Je weet de lesstof goed over\n te brengen en je begeleidt en coacht leerlingen bij hun leerdoelen. Je onderhoudt contacten met ouders en\/of verzorgers over de voortgang. Daarnaast zorg je voor een veilige leeromgeving en ben je in staat om het maximale uit een leerling te halen.&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What do you bring?<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>\nJe bent in bezit van een tweedegraads bevoegdheid Duits of je bent studerend hiervoor. Je beschikt over goede pedagogische en didactische vaardigheden en je hebt affiniteit met lesgeven aan vmbo-leerlingen. Je bent enthousiast, oplossingsgericht en je kunt\n goed samenwerken. Je bent in staat een stimulerende werkomgeving in de klas te cre\u00ebren en kennis en vaardigheden over te dragen aan de leerlingen. Het spreekt voor zich dat je onderwijsvernieuwingen op de voet volgt en vaardig bent in het gebruik van digitale\n leermiddelen.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><br>\nSG De Triade offers an inspiring work environment. You will join a dedicated team of professionals where you can use and further develop your talents through training.\n<ul>\n<li>Remuneration in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education; grading LB (min. \u20ac3,622, max. \u20ac5,520 gross for full-time employment).
