We provide modern technical education with specialisms such as Construction, Housing &amp; Interior (BWI), Production, Installation &amp; Energy (PIE), and Media, Design &amp; ICT (MVI). That calls for leaders who dare to choose, give direction and take others with them in development.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>What will you do?<\/strong><br>\nAt SG De Triade, pupils start NaSk (Science and Technology) from the first year. This allows pupils in the lower school to build a strong foundation for their understanding of science and technology at an early stage. You will work with Stermonitor, a method developed by our own teachers. As a result, our NaSk education is closely aligned with our pupils' frame of reference and level.<br>\nYou are part of a committed and active section that meets weekly to align lessons, share experiences, and continuously improve teaching. Considerable attention is paid to the assessment cycle: you critically consider the design, quality, and further development of assessments and actively contribute to their optimisation.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><br>\nYou hold a second-degree teaching qualification or are studying for one. You have an affinity with VMBO students and can guide them in a clear, structured, and motivating way. With your practical approach and eye for the student, you provide meaningful lessons in which students are challenged and stimulated to develop further.<br>\nWe are looking for someone who can be creative within the method and enjoys actively contributing to its further development. You see opportunities to enrich and improve teaching materials and contribute to a contemporary and effective implementation of the subject. We will cover the costs of your studies.\n<ul>\n<li>Remuneration in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education; grading LB (min. \u20ac3,622, max. \u20ac5,520 gross for full-time employment).
