Of course, you do not do this alone, but together with your colleagues from the subject section and other colleagues. Cross-subject collaboration goes without saying here. For example, we do this to the full during our Huygens Days. We also give you the freedom and space to spend part of your working week on other tasks, such as personal development.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lesgeven in jouw vak aan leerlingen\u00a0in de onder- en bovenbouw;<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the personal development of your students;<\/li>\n<li>(possibly) fulfil a mentoring role for your mentor class;<\/li>\n<li>strengthening the continuous learning line together with colleagues from the subject section;<\/li>\n<li>providing customised hours (teaching small groups of students who need more guidance or more challenge).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als jij onze nieuwe collega wordt, organiseren we het eerste jaar een inwerkprogramma voor je zodat jij echt goed kunt landen. Naast je bevoegdheid vinden we het belangrijk dat jij:<br \/><br \/>- be an addition to the collegial working atmosphere that characterises our school;<br \/>- sees feedback as an important tool to keep growing and innovating;<br \/>- really involved in the development of our students, in terms of knowledge but also personally.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p>Een aanstelling als docent\u00a0LB\/LC\/LD\u00a0(horizontale inschaling vanuit huidige\/laatste functie)\u00a0per 1 augustus 2026 met een omvang van 0,6\u00a0fte.<\/p>\n<p>Het gaat om een aanstelling voor 1 jaar met uitzicht op vast dienstverband bij gebleken geschiktheid en voldoende formatieruimte<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary and working conditions according to the CAO VO, including holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, attractive commuting allowance (kilometres over 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and trade-off arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>generous lesson storage.
