We also like this to be reflected in the interaction with students and staff members.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>For 01-08-2026, an appointment for a maximum of <strong>0.5 \u2013 0.6 FTE<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The scale placement takes place in accordance with the CAO VO (Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education) and depends on your educational level and work experience.<\/li><li>Per year, as a teacher on a full-time contract, you receive over 50 days of holiday. In addition, you receive 8% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus (13<sup>e<\/sup> month) of 8.33%. All teachers at the top of their scale receive an October allowance of \u20ac1640 gross.<\/li><li>Every year, you can use 90 extra hours of leave (based on a full-time employment contract) in a way that suits your personal life circumstances.
