Within this section, you have a lot of contact with immediate colleagues and together you determine the content of the lessons. You also visit each other's classes, as this contributes to the development of education and each other. Tuesday afternoon is your meeting day. Then, students are free on time (2.55pm at the latest) and there is a 40-minute timetable. The rest of the week your lessons are 50 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The art of learning<br \/>\nAt the BSG, as a teacher, you have a genuine concern for our students. Creativity, art and culture play a crucial role in this. Together with your colleagues, you encourage our pupils to develop in areas beyond purely cognitive skills. You also do this with colleagues outside the subject section. Cross-curricular cooperation is a matter of course with us, for example during our activity weeks. Your work as a teacher consists of:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Teaching English to pupils in all year groups.<br \/>\n\u2022 contribute to the personal development of pupils.<br \/>\n\u2022 strengthening the continuing learning pathway together with your colleagues from the subject team.<\/p>\n<p>If you become our new colleague, you can count on good general and subject-related guidance. In our small-scale school, you will quickly discover all that the BSG has to offer you.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We zoeken een eerste- of tweedegraads docent. Naast je bevoegdheid vinden we het belangrijk dat jij:<br \/><br \/>- be an addition to the collegial working atmosphere that characterises our school;<br \/>- sees feedback as an important tool to keep growing and innovating;<br \/>- really involved in the development of our students, in terms of knowledge but also personally.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p>This concerns a position as a lecturer, LB scale (maximum \u20ac5,520 for a full-time contract) as of 1 August 2026, with a scope of 0.4 FTE.<\/p>\n<p>Appointment for 1 year with a view to a permanent contract, subject to suitability and sufficient vacancy.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>employment conditions in accordance with the CAO VO, including holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, attractive commuting allowance (kilometres over 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and trade-off arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>generous lesson storage.
