Je levert hoogwaardig onderwijs en je bent op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van vakdidactiek.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>This is a temporary employment contract with a view to a permanent contract, subject to satisfactory performance and sufficient staffing levels.&nbsp;<br>\nYou can also count on excellent terms of employment, including:\n<ul>\n<li>A salary dependent on education and experience in accordance with CAO VO;<\/li><li>A holiday allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;<\/li><li>An October allowance of \u20ac302.50. Once you are in the final step of your scale, the October allowance is \u20ac1,640.00;<\/li><li>You are free in all school holidays;<\/li><li>You are entitled to an annual individual choice budget of 90 hours on a full-time basis;<\/li><li>You build up your pension with ABP. SVOK pays 70% of the pension premium;<\/li><li>Opportunity to participate in collective disability insurance.
