Then we are looking for you!<br>\n<br>\nWe are looking for someone with a first-degree teaching qualification or someone currently undertaking one, who has a fresh perspective on education and mathematics. Someone who can work independently but also has the ambition to maintain a high standard of teaching alongside the subject department.\nYou work well within a team and not only show initiative but are also adept at group work. &nbsp;<br>\nYou get satisfaction and enjoyment from working with young people.<br>\n<br>\nThe student's learning process is central to you. Coaching the student on the educational process and being able to work towards learning goals are important principles for us. In addition to wanting to shape these principles, you are well-equipped in terms of subject matter (-didactics) and can take responsibility for your students' educational outcomes.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><br>\nAs a maths teacher, you will teach our lower secondary (mavo\/havo) and\/or upper secondary (havo) classes, conveying the subject to the pupils in an accessible and practical way. With your enthusiastic and inspiring teaching style, you will ensure that the pupils develop.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Your responsibilities include:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing and delivering inspiring and interactive mathematics lessons.<\/li><li>Developing teaching materials and practical assignments that align with the students' frame of reference.<\/li><li>Guiding and supporting pupils in their learning process, both individually and in groups.<\/li><li>Administering and marking tests and providing feedback.<\/li><li>Working with the section to improve the educational offering and implement innovations in the classroom.<\/li><li>Encouraging curiosity and enthusiasm among pupils.<\/li><li>Coaching pupils weekly or fortnightly.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A first-degree qualification to teach mathematics (or are in the process of obtaining one).<\/li><li>You have experience with or an interest in teaching mavo\/havo and havo students.<\/li><li>A passion for mathematics and the ability to convey it in an inspiring way.<\/li><li>You have excellent communication skills and can respond well to the needs of different learners.<\/li><li>You work well with colleagues and are willing to contribute to our school's team dynamic.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A workplace where we highly value the importance of personal attention and guidance.<\/li><li>Room for personal development and for pursuing further education and training.<\/li><li>A varied and challenging role within an enthusiastic and committed team at a practical Mavo-Havo school.<\/li><li>Scaling will take place in accordance with CAO VO 2024\/2025.<\/li><li>Initially a temporary appointment for one year, with the prospect of a permanent contract.<\/li><li>Good secondary benefits.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application information<\/h2>Are you interested in this position and do you think you can be a valuable addition to our team?
