You will be deployed in the lower school (mavo, havo, and vwo) and the upper school mavo. You will be part of both a subject team and a departmental team. Depending on your experience, you may be asked to mentor a class.

Job requirements<\/h2>You have a passion for education, are highly committed to the age group, and naturally possess a relevant teaching qualification. You endorse the current educational innovations in terms of active learning methods and greater differentiation within lessons, and wish to make a proactive contribution to these. You also have an affinity for ICT and digital teaching materials, as we use Leswijs in the lower school. You enjoy collaborating with your colleagues and are keen to continue developing, in consultation with your head of department, subject team, and coach.

Employment conditions<\/h2>What we offer<\/strong>
\nA temporary employment contract with a view to a permanent position. The salary is in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education.
\n 
\nIn addition to salary, the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education (CAO VO) includes the following secondary employment conditions:
\n\u2013 holiday pay 8%;
\n\u2013 year-end bonus 8.3%;
\n\u2013 individual choice budget of 90 hours (on a full-time basis);
\n\u2013 ABP Pension;
\n\u2013 inability to work insurance (50% paid by the employer).
