\nDo you want to inspire young people, foster talent, and truly give meaning to arts education? At our small-scale school, you'll have the space to shape your subject with enthusiasm and vision. You'll guide students in their creative development and help them grow as individuals.

\nWhat will you do?
\n
\nAs an Art and Design teacher, you teach students from VMBO\/Mavo and the lower years of HAVO\/VWO. You make your lessons active, challenging, and accessible for different levels.
\n
\nYou are among those who are in possession of:
\n\u2022 Providing inspiring Arts and Crafts lessons
\n\u2022 Encouraging creativity and investigative work
\n\u2022 Working with diverse techniques, materials and visual processes 
\n\u2022 Differentiate and respond to differences in levels within the classroom
\n\u2022 Guiding pupils in their learning process and study skills 
\n\u2022 Collaborate with colleagues within the section and team 
\n\u2022 Contributing ideas to the further development of art education 
\n
\nWho are you?
\nYou are an enthusiastic teacher who knows how to motivate students and create a safe, pleasant learning environment. You love to collaborate and get energy from working in a school where you can truly make a difference.

\nAdditionally:

\n\u2022 Do you have a second-degree qualification in Fine Arts Education, or will you be completing this soon?
\n\u2022 Do you have an affinity with both VMBO\/Mavo as well as HAVO\/VWO? 
\nAre you strong in teaching and can you respond well to differences between pupils? 
\nAre you involved, clear, and positive in your communication? 
\n\u2022 Do you enjoy working in a small and committed team?  
\n
