In this role, you will have integral leadership of the practoraat within Entree NH. Then Vonk and Talland College offer you the freedom from a solid foundation to be yourself, develop and apply your talents further, and discover new opportunities.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Sustainable Labour Market Practitioner (0.6 \u2013 0.8 FTE)<\/strong><br>\n<em>This appointment is initially for 4 years (2026\u20132029) with the prospect of structural incorporation.<\/em><br>\n<br>\nThe four-year Practoraat Sustainable Labour Market is part of the sustainability efforts of Entree NH (2026\u20132029) and aligns with the objectives of the Noord-Holland Noord Region Deal. The Practoraat is developing into a regional knowledge and development centre for young people and adults (aged 16\u201330) in a vulnerable position in the labour market.<br>\nThe Practoraat focuses on:\n<ul>\n<li>Practice-oriented research into talent recognition and inclusive labour market integration.;<\/li><li>further development of Entry-level Education and learning\/work pathways;<\/li><li>Professionalisation of teachers, supervisors and job coaches;<\/li><li>structural link between education, government and employers;<\/li><li>Positioning Entree NH as a knowledge director within the regional ecosystem.<\/li><\/ul>\nThe labour market demands sustainable and inclusive solutions. Young people and adults with talents that aren't always visible deserve better opportunities for sustainable employment. As a Practor, you ensure that research, education, and regional collaboration reinforce each other \u2014 and that everyone can participate and continues to do so. In short: a job that truly matters!<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What will you do?<\/strong><br>\nAs a Practor, you operate at the intersection of educational development, labour market policy, and regional cooperation. The role is distinctly strategic, requiring political sensitivity, external positioning, and connective leadership.\n<ul>\n<li>You report within Vonk at director\/board level;<\/li><li>represents the Exam Board in regional consultative structures;<\/li><li>you are a strategic discussion partner for directors of educational institutions, municipalities, partnerships for inclusive education, and employers in the region;<\/li><li>You make a substantive contribution to regional agendas on inclusive labour markets and Lifelong Learning.<\/li><\/ul>\nIn addition, as a Practor, you contribute to improving educational quality and innovation through knowledge development, organising knowledge sharing, and practical research. You contribute to the renewal and development of a relevant, future-oriented curriculum for vocational education (mbo) in collaboration with education teams, students, and professional practice. Specifically, this means:;<br>\n1. Providing strategic direction:\n<ul>\n<li>develop and implement a multi-year research and development agenda;<\/li><li>initiating and guiding three substantive research lines (including one focused on non-native speakers);<\/li><li>positioning the Practorate within regional and national developments;<\/li><li>ensuring sustainable anchoring after the project period.<\/li><\/ul>\n2. Building regional coalitions\n<ul>\n<li>initiating and sustaining public-private partnerships;<\/li><li>Connecting MBO, PRO, VSO, municipalities, UWV and employers;<\/li><li>creating managerial buy-in and shared ownership;<\/li><\/ul>\n3. Strengthening education and professionalisation\n<ul>\n<li>supervising teacher-researchers;<\/li><li>developing knowledge products and educational modules;<\/li><li>organising knowledge sharing through regional meetings and publications;<\/li><\/ul>\n4. Organisational development and assurance\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthening the research culture within Entree NH;<\/li><li>focus on quality, monitoring and impact;<\/li><li>reporting on results through quarterly and annual reports;<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>Naturally, you are a very pleasant colleague to work with. You fit the role well if you feel at home in a working environment where connection, autonomy, and trust are central, and where we lay the foundation for a colourful future together.\n<ul>\n<li>You have at least a relevant Master's degree (HBO or WO) and preferably a PhD;<\/li><li>You have extensive experience in conducting practice-oriented research (preferably within an MBO or labour market context) and in leading research projects and programmes;<\/li><li>you have knowledge of inclusive labour market development, Entree education, NT2 and lifelong learning;<\/li><li>You are a driver of change and innovation within and beyond education.;<\/li><li>You are a networker, accustomed to collaborating results-orientated on a partnership basis with internal and external parties.;<\/li><li>You have experience in complex public-private partnerships and can draw on administrative sensitivity and a well-developed political antenna in doing so.;<\/li><li>You work in a structured, planned way and have an eye for detail.;<\/li><li>You are capable of thinking strategically and conceptually, and then translating this into concrete steps in an inspiring way for the professionals around you.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><br>\nWhere students are central to our education, you as an employee are central to our organisation.
