Then we would be delighted to meet you.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\">PSG is looking for a Team Leader Financial Administration who thrives in a dynamic environment, is strong in financial control, and gets energy from further strengthening the financial function and the organisation as a whole.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Your role<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\">As Team Leader of Financial Administration, you will lead a team of four employees within the Service and Expertise Centre. You will work at an operational and tactical level on a variety of issues. You are a true connector: you oversee what is happening, bring people together, and provide direction and cohesion.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\">You contribute to the development and implementation of multi-year policies and support directors and management. You switch easily between different roles: from leading projects and programmes to guiding change and thinking along about operational choices.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>You organise the month-end closing process in such a way that it leads to timely, complete, and reliable financial information.\u00a0<\/li><li>You translate the strategic starting points drawn up by the board into concrete actions;\u00a0<\/li><li>You lead a team with both operational and tactical tasks.;\u00a0<\/li><li>You connect different interests and stakeholders, even when they diverge.;\u00a0<\/li><li>You support the controller, management board and MT with financial information for decision-making.\u00a0<\/li><li>You monitor the quality and coherence of processes within your domain.;\u00a0<\/li><li>You will support the preparation of reports, annual accounts and (multi-year) budgets.;\u00a0<\/li><li>You are the point of contact during the annual audit.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>HBO+\/WO working and thinking level and a solid foundation in the financial field, experience in education is a plus;<\/li><li>Understanding how different policy areas are interconnected<\/li><li>The ability to advise clearly and switch easily at a tactical level;<\/li><li>Strong communication skills;<\/li><li>Leadership: you provide direction, bring calm and know how to bring people along.;<\/li><li>You switch smoothly between strategy and execution, with an eye for quality and continuity.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\" xml:lang=\"NL-NL\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>This is what we offer you<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>A one-year contract of 0.8 \u2013 1.0 FTE, with a view to a permanent position;<\/li><li>Salary according to collective labour agreement for further vocational education (cao-vo), scale 12.;<\/li><li>Holiday pay, 13th month salary, October allowance and travel expenses.;<\/li><li>An iPhone and laptop or MacBook;<\/li><li>A holiday scheme that aligns with school holidays in the region;<\/li><li>Pension accrual with the ABP;<\/li><li>Room to develop yourself and grow;<\/li><li>An open and collegial working environment.;<\/li><li>Discount on collective health insurance;<\/li><li>Possibility of using a cycle-to-work scheme.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>How to apply<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"paragraph\">Enthusiastic?
