\nWhat will you do?<\/strong>
\nYou will teach fine arts and CKV (Cultivation of Artistic Competence) to HAVO and VWO students in both the lower and upper secondary school. The position is for a 0.8 to 1 FTE appointment, but a smaller appointment is certainly also possible in consultation.

\nTeam<\/strong>
\nAt Werenfridus, in addition to being part of a subject department, you are also part of a team. Together with the team leader, the team is responsible for the educational outcomes and the pedagogical and didactic approach within the department. We work with five teams, namely: the foundation year, the lower secondary HAVO and VWO streams, and the upper secondary HAVO and VWO streams. Based on your affinity with the target group and the organisation's needs, you will be assigned a place in one of the teams in consultation.

\nSchool plan<\/strong>
\nThis school year, we have launched our new school plan (see video below). The foundation of this school plan is to support pupils in becoming engaged, independent, and motivated global citizens. We aim to achieve this by providing meaningful education with a strong emphasis on formative assessment and the basic skills of language and arithmetic, digital literacy, and citizenship.

\nWe want every student to feel seen. Whether it's support for dyslexia or extra challenges in our\nHonours Programme<\/em>We offer a bespoke service. It can therefore easily happen that you have a VWO (pre-university) student in the class who achieves their diploma in five years, or a HAVO (senior secondary general education) student with an extra broad profile. This diversity makes your working day different every day.
