You always have an eye for the child behind the pupil and know how to\n appeal to everyone in the class for his or her talent.

\nYou know how to guide the educational process in such a way that pupils are encouraged to actively participate. Not only in class, but also outside it, for instance during school activities. In good Dutch: you succeed in getting pupils moving both inside and\n both inside and outside the classroom.

\nYou yourself do not stand still at all. You are interested in the renewal of education and want to actively contribute to this. For instance, within the section you contribute to the development of teaching aids, learning materials and tests, as well as to the promotion of a recognisable\n pedagogical climate. You enthusiastically share your passion for the subject both inside and outside the school.

Job requirements<\/h2>You hold or are studying for a 2nd grade teaching qualification in Mathematics. PD teachers with maths affinity are also cordially invited to apply. They may teach in the lower grades. You have experience or affinity with\n with vmbo pupils. You know how to connect to pupils in these classes with varied lessons. Like us, you are open to people from different cultural and social backgrounds and are able to interact well with parents and pupils. Finally, you\n you subscribe to our vision of learning with and for each other.
