You will be deployable in the lower years of MAVO, HAVO and VWO, and the upper years of MAVO. You will be part of both a subject department and a year-group team. Depending on your experience, you may be asked to take on the role of a form tutor for a class.

Job requirements<\/h2>You have a passion for education, a strong commitment to the age group, and of course possess a relevant teaching qualification. You endorse the ongoing educational innovation in the area of active teaching methods and more differentiation within lessons, and wish to make an active contribution to this. You also have an affinity for IT and digital teaching materials.
\nWe assume that you enjoy working collaboratively and wish to develop your own skills in consultation with your department head, subject team, and coach.

Employment conditions<\/h2>What we offer<\/strong>
\nA temporary employment contract with a view to a permanent position. The salary is in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education.
\n 
\nIn addition to salary, the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education (CAO VO) includes the following secondary employment conditions:
\n\u2013 holiday pay 8%;
\n\u2013 year-end bonus 8.3%;
\n\u2013 individual choice budget of 90 hours (on a full-time basis);
\n\u2013 ABP Pension;
\n\u2013 inability to work insurance (50% paid by the employer).
