\nWhat will you do?<\/strong>
\nYou teach approximately 12 lessons per week to both the lower and upper years of MAVO. Additionally, you provide around 4 Dalton hours per week. During these hours, you guide students with their independent work and help them develop skills such as planning and collaboration.

\nWorking at Oscar Romero<\/strong>
\nOscar Romero is a school for MAVO, HAVO and VWO in Hoorn. We work in teams and look out for each other. Our motto is therefore: \u201clearn in a good atmosphere\u201d.

\nForward-looking<\/strong>
\nMore and more pupils are finding their way to our school, and we are seeing a pleasing increase in the number of registrations. We are currently an aspiring Dalton School. The aim is to become a fully accredited Dalton School by 2029. Do you have no prior experience\n with Dalton? Don't worry, we will guide you through it.

\nPleasant cooperation in small teaching teams<\/strong>
\nWithin Oscar Romero, you work in a small teaching team with colleagues who teach the same classes. You know the pupils through and through, which allows you to guide each pupil optimally. Once every fortnight there is a departmental meeting; of course this is taken into\n of course, we take this into account in your schedule.
