The Jac. P. Thijsse College is a school where educational quality is highly valued. Differentiation in the classroom is a didactic spearhead of the school. We use target language as the language of instruction. The English department works professionally together and makes an important contribution to the improvements of our education. You have demonstrable affinity and\/or experience with Bilingual Education.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>You have a second-degree teaching qualification or are training for one and are an enthusiastic, passionate colleague. You deliver high-quality education and are up-to-date with the latest developments in subject-specific didactics.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>This is a temporary employment contract with a view to a permanent contract, subject to satisfactory performance and sufficient staffing levels.&nbsp;<br>\nYou can also count on excellent terms of employment, including:\n<ul>\n<li>A salary dependent on education and experience in accordance with CAO VO;<\/li><li>A holiday allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;<\/li><li>An October allowance of \u20ac302.50. Once you are in the final step of your scale, the October allowance is \u20ac1,640.00;<\/li><li>You are free in all school holidays;<\/li><li>You are entitled to an annual individual choice budget of 90 hours on a full-time basis;<\/li><li>You build up your pension with ABP. SVOK pays 70% of the pension premium;<\/li><li>Opportunity to participate in collective disability insurance.
