You will primarily teach in the upper years of HAVO and VWO. Additionally, you will teach a number of classes in the lower years. This way, you will oversee the continuous learning pathway, and your days will be nice and varied. You will guide students in achieving their learning objectives. Some students will need a bit more coaching than others. You are there for them. They know that, and that makes your work especially appealing.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Working with a stimulating teaching method<\/strong><br>\nWe work with the Nova teaching method. This supports you as a professional: less lecturing, more in-depth exploration, and engaging assignments. A method that helps you get the best out of all learners. They apply knowledge directly and learn from their own frame of reference.\nTranslating the abstract into concrete examples, real and current. This makes the subject more relevant and ensures motivated learners.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Working in a nice team<\/strong><br>\nWithin our team, you'll be part of a close-knit and dedicated Physics section, consisting of 6 colleagues. Togetherness is paramount here: we take responsibility for the subject within the school, but also for each other. We do this together. Additionally, you'll have a workspace at a beautiful school in a unique, historic building.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><br>\nOur preference is for a colleague with a first-degree qualification in physics. Even if you are (almost) qualified or studying: you are most welcome. Ambition towards R&amp;D or Technasium education? Then we'd be happy to help you with your plans. We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and open-minded.
