You work at a public school offering pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO), senior general secondary education (HAVO) and pre-university education (VWO), where clarity and structure form the foundation. At the same time, there is room to experiment and grow. In mavo\/havo, this lasts for two years, and in havo\/vwo, it's even three years. Pupils are given time to discover their level, without making hasty choices.
