You can function well in a team and not only show initiative but also know how to deal with group work. &nbsp;<br>\nYou get satisfaction and enjoyment from working with young people.<br>\n<br>\nThe student's learning process is central to you. Coaching the student on the educational process and being able to work towards learning goals are important principles for us. In addition to wanting to shape these principles, you are well-equipped in terms of subject matter (-didactics) and can take responsibility for your students' educational outcomes.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><br>\nAs a Dutch teacher, you will teach our MAVO\/HAVO and\/or HAVO classes, conveying the subject in an accessible and practical way to the students. Whether it's reading and writing skills, grammar, or literature, you ensure that students improve their language proficiency. With your enthusiastic and inspiring teaching style, you ensure that students develop.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Your responsibilities include:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivering engaging Dutch lessons for Mavo\/Havo and\/or Havo classes.<\/li><li>Differentiate your approach so that each student can develop at their own level.<\/li><li>Developing teaching materials and evaluating student progress.<\/li><li>Actively contributing to educational development and sharing ideas with colleagues.<\/li><li>Coaching pupils weekly or fortnightly.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A qualification (1st or 2nd grade) to teach the subject of Dutch (or are in the process of obtaining it).<\/li><li>You have experience teaching mavo\/havo and havo students.<\/li><li>You have excellent communication skills and can respond well to the needs of different learners.<\/li><li>You work well with colleagues and are willing to contribute to our school's team dynamic.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A workplace where we highly value the importance of personal attention and guidance.<\/li><li>Room for personal development and for pursuing further education and training.<\/li><li>A varied and challenging role within an enthusiastic and committed team at a practical Mavo-Havo school.<\/li><li>Inschaling takes place in accordance with the CAO VO.<\/li><li>Initially a temporary appointment for one year, with the prospect of a permanent contract.<\/li><li>Good secondary benefits.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application information<\/h2>Are you interested in this position and do you think you can be a valuable addition to our team?
