\n\u201cWorking with my colleagues is one of the reasons I wouldn't leave. We get on well together. If I have any questions about something, I just approach a colleague straight away. This could be to discuss something related to the subject matter, something about a student, or to arrange extra tuition.

\nOn Werenfridus<\/strong>
\nAt Werenfridus, you are not only part of a department but also a member of a team. Together with the team leader, the team is responsible for the educational outcomes and the pedagogical-didactic approach within the department. We work with five teams: the foundation year, lower secondary (HAVO and VWO), and upper secondary (HAVO and VWO). Based on your affinity with the target group and the organisation's needs, you will be assigned to a team in consultation.
\n
\nThis school year, we launched the new school plan (see video below). The basis of this school plan is to support pupils to become engaged, independent and motivated world citizens. We want to do this by providing meaningful education\n with an emphatic place for formative action and the basic skills of language and maths, digital literacy, citizenship. 
\n
\nThe position is for 0.8 to 1.0 FTE. The lessons take place in the junior and senior school.
